Mongongo Dosa Pacifique is (1) an Independent Consultant and Researcher in Economics based in Belgium with BE0731897959 as a registration number, (2) an Associate Researcher at the “Iberoamerican Research Center of International Cooperation and Development” at the University of Cantabria (UC) in Spain since 2017. He has (1) an International Ph.D. Degree in "Economics : Instruments of Economic Analysis" co-organized by the University of Cantabria (UC), the University of Oviedo and the University of the Basque Country: delivered in 2017 at the University of Cantabria (UC) in Spain, (2 ) a Predoctoral Master's Degree in Advanced Studies in Economics delivered in 2015 by the Catholic University of Leuven (KULeuven) in Belgium and (3) a Master's Degree of Governance and Development delivered in 2013 by the University of Antwerp (UA) in Belgium. He is a partner of (1) the “European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes” (EADI) and (2) the “Spanish Network of Development Studies” (REEDES). He lectured in the master's program in economics of the “University of Kigali” in year 2017 & 2018 and he lectures in the LMD Program of the "Université Nouveaux Horizons" in Lubumbashi since the academic year 2017 - 2018.
